But first a little back story...

I was curled up on my spare bedroom floor in fetal pose, the pain in my belly visceral and overwhelming.I had no words to describe what this was or what to do with it.My wife of the time looked on, helpless, not knowing what to do. Unable to understand what I was going through.Nor did I.All I knew in that moment is that something big needed to change.
It was 2017, and I was telling myself life was fine. I had developed some skills, continued to hone them, and believed that everything was working out.I just needed more time.It was a lie.My life wasn't working.And my body was screaming it to me. If I would care to listen.I'd learned through my life to stay in my head. Intellectualise. Rationalise. Do the right thing cause I know it's the right thing.And I'd ended up in my own prison.

Sometimes there really is no way forward. And that's a gift, a true blessing.
On that day, I decided that things would change. I didn't know how, or what to do, but it was the beginning point of something deep and profound.
I gradually came to realise that I was living a life that didn't inspire me, pandering to my idea of what others expected of me and avoiding my true calling, convincing myself that everything was fine and that it would work out.
It didn't.
And with at first a very small step - a weekly session with a local healer - it began.
Within a few months there were shifts. My wife started to express unhappiness. She drifted further away until she left altogether.I was still holding on, desperate to do the right thing. Be seen to be okay, devoted, loyal...It only convinced her more that her decision to leave was the right one.In the end I had to let go.And I went into a profound state of numbness. Once again the body speaking, and me, avoiding. Not listening.
Over the subsequent months, I cried sometimes, I got busy with other things. By 12 months I'd convinced myself that I'd moved on.But I hadn't gotten into the deeper issues.And while they remained, nothing was working.
I'd spent years with the greatest of teachers. Learned the most incredible practices and how to do them the best. But I was stuck.And I stayed stuck, telling myself I was in the flow for a few more years.
Until this year.
2025. A life defining year, if ever there was one.
Jupiter is a great gift giver and when he returns every 12 years of life, a gift often comes in that moment.This year, so many gifts came that it's hard to describe them all in full. A pregnancy arrived, with my first child soon to be born.A profound journey of deeper healing of a life full of trauma that I had unconsciously avoided. A deeper awareness of what I need to do going forward and the strength to face this next chapter of life.
And out of this massive journey in life, a new project appeared. Something revolutionary and powerful. Something I can pour all of my lifeforce into.And I'm launching it today.

A bit about me

Hello! My name is Sadhu Priya.
I have lived a journey of deep integration of Eastern and Western teachings throughout the last 30 years.
I started seeking deeper meaning in life at 16 which led me to India by the age of 19. From that age I lived as a monk for 12 years, leaving the world behind for what seemed like the rest of my life.
In 2010 my teacher passed on and life took a series of unexpected turns. I kept studying as I entered marriage and work life in the western world.
I was once again led to my next mentor who taught me Vedic Astrology among many other things. This gave me a deep grounding in a lot of the reasons why my life had turned out as it had.
In 2017 I sought a deeper journey into metaphysics, energy reading and the understanding of Nature's finer forces which I have integrated into my daily practices.
I continue to do readings for clients and create tools to help bring the wisdom of the East into modern day Western life, culminating in this 90 day journey of all the very best that I have learned and applied on my life path.

"So what's included in the journey" I hear you ask.
First of all,The 7 step process to get anything you want in life.
This is manifestation in its complete form. Some teachings give some of the steps, but if you miss any of them, then there is delay. And that delay can go on for months or even years.

You may not know what you want.
So we cover that too. How to understand what it is you want, what is it that you are here for. What is your life purpose. I give the frameworks for you to find this for yourself along with guidance and meditation prompts to help you realise this sooner.
Third of all,
Addressing what's in the way.
What's blocking the flow of life. Is it fear, guilt, toxic shame, limiting beliefs, anxiety, uncertainty...?The list is long, and we'll cover them all, with frameworks how to address them. There's no guarantees but these tools work and I expect you will see profound shifts in any of these areas of life if you are facing them.
Fourth of all,
A deep dive into the true nature of reality and how it is built.
What is the matrix actually, where do you fit in it, and how to act effectively.In simple terms, everything is energy. And that energy is always transforming. And we are already equipped with all of the capacity to read the energy and work with it. But without being shown how, it can be very random and inconsistent. This is definitely not taught in school.
Fifth of all,
A complete set of practices that I use myself in my daily life.
These practices are belief agnostic. It doesn't matter which lineage, belief or practice you follow. These are universal truths that apply everywhere and I'll encourage you to apply them to your particular path.

This is the biggest one of all. Being held accountable. That is what really makes the desired change inevitable. So this journey is a 90 day journey with a new lesson every day. And personal interaction and feedback invited on a daily basis for the whole 90 days.

Well I have my first child coming in a few months. And I deeply thought to myself, what if I only have 90 days to give them everything that I have gathered. Everything valuable.This is for him (it feels like a boy, although we haven't checked).
It's for my younger self. It's for anyone who feels that there is more to life than what they are in, and they're looking for the support, accountability, understanding and practical tools to make that permanent change happen.
